Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Enlist Promax (https://enlist-promax.site) is operated by Cyril Dave Legaspi, based in the Philippines (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Enlist Promax, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that organization, and “you” includes the organization.

2. The service

Enlist Promax is a recruitment and operations workspace: hiring teams manage jobs, candidates and interviews, with AI assistance that a person reviews. We are still building parts of it, so features may be added, changed or removed over time.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
• Keep your password and sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us straight away at cyrildave.legaspi@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Organizations and roles

Each workspace belongs to an organization. Its admins manage members, roles, invitations and settings. The organization controls its workspace information: when a member leaves or is removed, they lose access, and the information stays with the organization.

5. Your information

You keep ownership of everything you add to Enlist Promax. You allow us to store, process and display it only to provide and protect the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the information you add, including:

• having the right to use it, and a lawful basis under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other laws that apply to you;
• giving candidates the notices the law requires and getting consent where needed (for example, before recording an interview); and
• keeping it accurate and up to date.

6. AI features and human review

• AI output can be wrong, incomplete or biased. It is a suggestion, not a decision, and not legal or professional advice.
• Enlist Promax requires a person to approve every offer, hiring decision and rejection, and every outgoing message, before it happens. This safeguard can’t be switched off.
• You remain responsible for your hiring decisions and for following employment, anti-discrimination and privacy laws.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Enlist Promax for anything unlawful, deceptive or discriminatory;
• send spam or other unsolicited bulk messages;
• try to reach another organization’s information, get around access controls, or disrupt the service;
• upload malware, or copy, scrape or reverse engineer the service beyond normal use; or
• add information you have no right to use, including sensitive personal information without a lawful basis.

8. Other services

Some features rely on other companies’ services, such as Google sign-in, email delivery and AI models. When you use them, their own terms may also apply.

9. Fees

Enlist Promax is currently provided without charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and you will only be charged if you agree to them.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Enlist Promax available and secure, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to pause it for maintenance, and we may change it. If a change significantly reduces what you can do, we will try to tell you beforehand.

11. Suspension and ending

• You can stop using Enlist Promax at any time.
• An organization’s admins can ask us to delete its workspace. Before we do, they can ask us for a copy of its information.
• We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or to protect other users, the service or the law. Where it’s reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, Enlist Promax is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind beyond those stated in these terms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent Philippine law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about Enlist Promax is limited to the greater of what you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, and PHP 5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

14. Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of information you added or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result, to the extent the law allows.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that we can’t resolve together will be decided by the courts of the Philippines.

16. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Enlist Promax after that means you accept the new terms.
